Koçtaş is Kingfisher / B & Q partnership with Koç Holding, Europe's leading company in home improvement retailing. Koçtaş is rapidly growing with world-class retailing practices and looking for “Operations Specialist’’ to work at the head Office in Operations Department.

What We Expect From You?

• Determining the systemic and procedural needs of the store and creating the setups,
• Ensuring operational coordination between stores,
• Supporting the preparation of the company's operational calendar,
• Supporting the projects for the development of operation processes,
• Ensuring field coordination and communication,
• Reconciliation of the Consignment Stock and making an agreement with the suppliers.

• If you have a bachelor’s degree from a university, in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Business Administration or Statistics,
• If you have strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from figures,
• If you have an excellent command of English,
• If you have an advanced knowledge of MS Office,
• If you have strong planning and organizational skills,
• If you can provide coordination in multiple fields,
