KONE is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sourcing Specialist (Customer Projects) to be based in Istanbul. The Sourcing Specialist will have an integral role about individual customer projects with their specific needs and supports finding the optimal supplier set-up for these projects.

What will you be doing?

Customer Projects:

• Defining source plans for customer projects and working closely with related departments to understand real customer needs
• Supporting individual customer projects to find the optimal supplier set-up for these projects
• Running RFQs for customer project specific materials and negotiating contracts with suppliers involved in customer projects 
• Deciding on suppliers for customer projects together with local operations and project teams

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience,
• Experienced in working with subcontractors and customer project based,
• Construction materials sectoral know-how is a big plus,
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to work with big data and compile complex business insight and market research reports
• Having impact and influcing skills with collabration mindset,
• Detail and customer oriented,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish & English Language
• Proactive, adaptable and resourceful attitude
