QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Konica Minolta provides a range of managed print services, production printing solutions, colour and black and white laser printers and photocopiers, as well as software and technologies for the public, commercial and corporate business sectors. To grow our business in Turkey, we are looking for a "Business Development Specialist" for Office & IT Services (B2B).
Office & IT Services Business Development Manager is mainly responsible for facilitating the growth of the Konica Minolta’s hardware and software business for major accounts and SMBs while managing product portfolio. Works primarily with the sales and marketing departments, develops training plans to educate and motivate colleagues to perform at their most profitable level.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in software marketing / B2B Product Marketing or Business Development
- Minimum BSA degree (Information Management or Marketing is a plus)
- Storng business acumen
- Knowledgeable in technology
- Advanced level of communication in English & Turkish
- Advanced level of presentation
- Advanced level of customer demand analysis
- Software programming / configuring / licensing experience is a plus
İŞ TANIMI
- Managing the entire product line (Office & IT Services) life-cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities such as product launches, EOL process, product activity planning, competitive analysis
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and feedbacks from pre-sales / sales teams
- Driving a solution set across teams (MarCom , Service and Sales) through market requirements , product configuration / licensing and positioning
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
- Making presentations of product development and Konica Minolta’s vision to colleagues / customers / potential customers and at public events
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for Office & IT Services portfolio
- Supervising the hardware configuring and software licensing of the solutions offered to the client, based on the information provided by the consultants / technical teams
- Ensures the circulation of information within projects / actions and other departments of the organization
- Collaborating with Head of Strategic Planning & Marketing for setting the goals of business development team and evaluating periodically
- Assesing / managing third party resellers for IT Services
- Defining product portfolio and company priorities
- Managing the hybrid sales pipeline (Office, SaaS, PaaS & IaaS products) via CRM systems and related platforms
- Supporting all divisions / departments with product information / knowledge and provide technical expertise in proposition development
- Preparing and sharing reports for USPs and market definiton with sales / Management
- Developing / managing continious product trainings and documentation
