Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Bioengineering, Pharmacy, or related fields,
• Experienced in R&D, formulation, and regulatory/notification processes within the cosmetics and/or detergent industry,
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in R&D within the cosmetics sector,
• Proficient in English,
• Skilled in using MS Excel and SAP,
• Eager to learn, open to development, and closely follows innovations,
• Strong communication skills, successful in interpersonal relations, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out pilot production studies for developed products,
• Managing documentation related to R&D activities,
• Monitoring current regulations and Ministry notification/legal procedures to ensure product compliance,
• Developing formulations for new products and improving existing product formulations,
• Analyzing data obtained from R&D laboratory studies and reporting the results,
• Ensuring the control and up-to-date maintenance of R&D laboratory production record forms,
• Conducting laboratory tests to evaluate product performance and stability,
• Planning and coordinating clinical tests to ensure product efficacy and safety.
