We’re looking for a “R&D Executive” who will work at our HQ, Maslak.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or pharmacy, master degree is a plus,

• Min. 6 years of experience in product development of cosmetics, personal care products,
• Knowledge of Cosmetic Chemistry, Cosmetic, Detergent, Biocide product regulations,
  
• Flexible, quick thinker and agile learning,
• Ability to work on multiple projects and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities,

• Following R&D process to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on new potential products,
• Managing of all research and development stages for our baby care and personal care products,
• Managing laboratory trials of formulations,
• Working in cooperation with manufacturing side and managing for serial productions,
• Following ministerial process related to audits and complaints,
