''WE are seeking an Electrical & Instrumental Maintenance Engineer to reinforce our Yarn Maintenance Team.''

Qualifications

B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering,

Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields,

Advanced computer skills; MS Office programs and knowledge of SAP PM system is preferred,

Knowledge and experience in problem solving & continuous improvement (Ex.: FMEA, SPC, RCA, PDCA, 6 sigma, Lean manufacturing, 5S) 

Strong communication skills, team worker as well as a team leader,

Analytical thinking, result-oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic,

Fluency in both written and spoken English,

No restrictions to travel.

Job Description

Installing new equipment, commissioning and defining all maintenance plans of the new equipment and performing these plans in the related fields,

Preparing department budget annually and issue the Quality Targets and Key Performance Indicators, following of KPIs, if KPIs are not achieved taking corrective and preventive actions accordingly and recording the data,

Running the electrical/electronics/pneumatics/instrument/control systems (DCS, PLC etc.) beside to provide management and supervision of workshops, supervisors and technicians,

Fulfilling the periodical, predictive and preventive maintenance of all equipment in yarn and utilities field and fulfilling the CAPEX /energy saving projects beside leading/supporting technological innovations in this field,

Purchasing services in coordination with other project employees for the new building infrastructures and projects (including receiving machinery) planned as an organization, checking the conformity these services with prepared documents,

PLC, DCS, Scada & HMI Software experience (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Foxboro I/A preferred),

Leading TPM activities,

Being responsible from the compliance to the occupational health & safety and environmental rules and regulations,

Reporting to the management with the systematic documentation of the work done.
