QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

''WE are seeking a Engineering Project Leader to reinforce our Composites Technologies Team.''
- BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering/maintenance departments in manufacturing environment,
- Experience in management of OPEX/ CAPEX projects,
- Ability of effectively work with team members including operations personnel and also with external vendors,
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma continuous improvement projects and Statistical Process Control,
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- Analytical thinking, result oriented, fast in action but with detailed planning,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Excellent user of MS Office programs,
- No restriction to travel.
İŞ TANIMI
- Takes part in Global Company’s R&D Center as Engineering Project Leader,
- Manages identification, planning and installation of machinery, equipment and automation systems for startup and development projects interfacing with related departments such as production, maintenance and purchasing,
- Provides design criteria and process constraints for facility expansions or improvement projects and assumes responsibility for all new or improved equipment qualification and start up tests,
- Performs vendor and site acceptance tests to meet company standards and regulations,
- Coordinates the progress of startup and development projects in terms of project management,
- Develops annual budgets for new investment and/or development projects,
- Ensures all activities are performed in compliance with company standards and regulations and helps drive the safety culture,
- Monitor and evaluate machines and equipment performance to identify improvement areas,
- Leads continuous improvement projects and maintenance activities to improve productivity and to prevent the product nonconformities,
- Report to management with systematic documentation for each phase of startup and development projects periodically.
