''WE are seeking a Lean Production Engineer to reinforce our Lean Management Team.''

• B.Sc degree in Engineering (preferably industrial, mechnanical, chemical engineering),
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience,
• Knowledge and experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for all main pillars,
• Knowledge and experience of Lean Management Tools (5S, SMED, VSM),
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
• No restriction to travel / stay abroad.

Job Description

• As a member of Lean Office, serving global operations of company, organizing TPM activities in all pillars, cooperating with pillar leaders,
• Supporting improvements of key performance indicators (OEE, downtime, waste, quality, safety..) of pillars in accordance with yearly targets,
• Exploring opportunities with necessary analysis for further development projects,
• Ensuring global standards of operational excellence in coordination with management and global site members,
• Managing TPM award process needs with support of consultancy and pillar leaders,
• Leading and involving in continuous improvement studies with using lean manufacturing tools (Loss-Cost Analysis, method analysis, makigami, VSM, SMED),
• Following-up key process performance indicators of global sites, communicating the results with the management of the company,
• Training of local and global employee related with lean and TPM tools & standards,
• Supporting production and maintenance staff for deployment of TPM lean production standards,
• Supporting non-technical departments for usage of lean improvement tools.
