''WE are seeking a Marketing Specialist to reinforce our Composites Technologies Team.''

• BSc or MSc degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Metallurgical), MBA degree is a plus,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, technical sales and marketing preferably in aviation and/or defense industries and their suppliers,
• Experience in financial & commercial analysis with demonstrated statistical and analytical problem solving skills and data handling is preferred,
• Knowledge of marketing and sales along with understanding of finance and/or cost accounting,
• Well-organized and detail oriented,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated,
• Energetic and creative, eager to learn continuously,
• Strong communication and writing skills, cross functional team worker,
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office programs,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• No restriction to travel.

İŞ TANIMI

• Conducting/analyzing market research to find answers about customer requirements, habits, trends and future opportunities,
• Managing the relations with data provider associations, consulting companies and industry specific publications,
• Responsible from analysis of global market dynamics in automotive, aerospace, marine, sports and leisure industries for composite reinforcement materials,
• Preparing customer specific analysis for sales/technology teams to keep them up to date and help them to leverage those information to grow the business/technology in today’s dynamic marketplace,
• Converting data into information to assist development of overall company, technology and sales strategies,
• Assisting/undertaking marketing/sales activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, sales process etc.)
• Collaborating with sales, technology, corporate communications, production, planning and quality teams,
• Generating and leading technical projects together with R&D team.
• Creating, preparing, and submitting written and verbal reports for business unit, functional and customer views,
• Analyzing business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into contracting strategies,
• Creating, subcontracting plans by analyzing trends, long-run business plans and procurement projections to meet contractual requirements and obligations,
• Partnering with Kordsa stakeholders, including R&D, product development, purchasing and business development and US sites acquired by Kordsa,
• Partnering with external industry stakeholders of Kordsa including local governments, aerospace clusters, universities and industrial research centers.
