Qualifications

• Taking part in R&D team of a global company’s technology center as Project Engineer/Leader,
• Developing engineering solutions and / or materials that will strengthen infrastructure, superstructure in the construction sector in order to increase the added value and ensure sustainability,
• In line with requests from customer, analyzing the request (or problem), defining the necessary technology and the need for work, making the project, solving the problem and creating added value,
• Developing project schedules and budgets, coordinating necessary resources and activities to execute the projects on time and as budgeted, meeting the objectives of the project,
• Reporting to the management with systematic documentation of the work done for each phase of projects. 

Job Description

• Min. 2 years of experience and M.Sc degree in Civil Engineering, materials field such as concrete production or construction reinforcement industry,
• To be able to analysis concrete cross section in structural element to determine moment and shear capacity, to make linear and non-linear models by finite element method. Knowledge of building structural material, experience in field applications,
• Project engineering and/or management experience is an asset,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office, SAP 2000, STA4CAD programs,
• Strong communication skills. Team worker as well as team leader,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, fast in action but with detailed planning,
• Self motivated, positive and energetic, team work, knowledge sharing, creative, eager to learn continuously,
• Customer oriented problem solver who can identify the root causes and recommend/apply corrective actions,
• No restriction to travel.
