''WE are seeking a Project Engineer / Leader to reinforce our R&D Global Engineering Team.''

• A B.Sc. or MS degree in Electrical&Electronic Engineering,
• Minimum 3  years experience or Ph.D in designing machinery automation  or parts  for manufacturing industries,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of PLC/SCADA  such design software,and MS Office programs-Excel,Word,Powerpoint,
• Good statistical analysis knowledge for data analysis and modelling (e.g. 6sigma training),
• Experience by digital image processing (such as cameras, imaging sensors, machine vision systems, light sources, image processing software), machine and deep learning topics is a plus,
• Project engineering and/or management experience is an asset,
• Strong communication skills.Team worker as well as a team leader,
• Analytical thinking , result oriented , enthusiastic , fast in action but with detailed planning and good documentation , self motivated , positive and energetic ,creative , eager to learn continuously,
• Customer oriented problem solver who can identify the root causes and recommend/apply corrective actions,
• No restriction of travelling,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Will be located at Izmit.

İŞ TANIMI

• Takes part in R&D team of a global company’s technology center as project leader/ engineer,
• Generates ideas by investigating process, equipment issues; researches and evaluates the feasibility of ideas validating marketing (VOC) and innovation feedback,
• Preparation of product or system detailed drawings, schematics, and evaluating test results for possible application to development of systems or other uses,
• Tracking new developments in the market and adopt them to daily life,
• Facilitates, plans and implements projects related to process and equipment development for industrial yarn and tire cord production business for rubber reinforcement by managing all risks,
• Supporting manufacturing or building of prototype product or system, as directed; brainstorming with team members to develop new or improved product or process development; using computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering and design tasks for automation,
• Supporting/running I4.0 Projects,
• Develops project schedules and budgets, coordinates necessary resources and activities to execute the projects on time and as budgeted, meeting the objectives of project,
• Reports to management with systematic documentation of work done for each phase of projects.
