''WE are seeking a R&D Project Engineer/Leader to reinforce our Global Technology Team.''
 

• B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, 
• Minimum 2 years experience for Engineer or Ph.D in designing machinery or parts for manufacturing industries; Minimum 4 years experience for Leader, 
• Good statistical analysis knowledge for data analysis and modelling (e.g. 6sigma training, FEA),
• Project engineering and/or management experience is an asset,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of engineering design programs such as CAD, PLS/SCADA etc. Excellent user of MS Office programs,
• Strong communication skills.Team worker as well as a team leader,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, fast in action but with detailed planning,
• Self motivated, positive and energetic, creative, eager to learn continuously,
• Customer oriented problem solver who can identify the root causes and recommend/apply corrective actions,
• No restriction to travel.

İŞ TANIMI

• Takes part in R&D team of a global company’s technology center as project leader/ design engineer,
• Generates ideas by investigating process, equipment, quality issues; researches and evaluates the feasibility of ideas validating marketing(VOC) and innovation feedback,
• Preparation of product or system layouts, detailed drawings, schematics and evaluating test results for possible application to development of systems or other uses,
• Facilitates, plans and implements projects related to process and equipment development for industrial yarn and tire cord production business for rubber reinforcement,
• Supporting manufacturing or building of prototype product or system, as directed; brainstorming with team members to develop new or improved product or process development; using computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering and design tasks,
• Develops project schedules and budgets, coordinates necessary resources and activities to execute the projects on time and as budgeted, meeting the objectives of project,
• Reports to management with systematic documentation of work done for each phase of projects.
