''WE are seeking a R&D Project Leader to reinforce our Global Technology Team.''

The position is located in R&D Center in İzmit (Thin Film & Flexible Electronics Platform).

Flexible (Printed) Electronics is an additive processing strategy for producing low-cost electronic circuits, components and devices circuits, for instance on flexible substrates.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a closely related field with a focus on electronics design,
• Experience on embedded system design, board-level electronic design including prototype development and debugging for analog and digital circuits,
• Experience with electrical design tools and circuit simulators (e.g. Ltspice, Altium, Eagle, KiCad) and PCB design, including execution of schematic capture, layout and routing phases of PCB design,
• Fluency in using lab instruments and benchtop test / measurement tools including oscilloscope, signal generators etc.
• Should have an interdisciplinary and application-oriented mindset, be a team player and an enthusiastic learner who is self-driven and can take initiatives,
• Excellent problem solving and effective communication skills, experience in technical report writing is a strong plus.

Job Description

• The candidate will be part in a multidisciplinary team working on sensor design, printing and electronic prototyping in the Thin Film and Flexible Electronics area.
• Conducting prototype and product development projects on board-level electronics design and embedded systems,
• Discovering the emerging exploitation potentials of the Thin Film and Flexible Electronics technologies, (Smart wearables, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Healthcare, Smart Buildings, Smart packaging, Internet of Things..)
• Participation in public and industry funded collaborative projects,
• Preparing technical reports regarding new prototype and product development projects,
• Searching the latest technologies utilized for the thin film and flexible electronics production techniques and equipments,
• Technical negotiation with suppliers as necessary,
• Installation, startup and maintenance of the Thin Films and Flexible Electronics Lab infrastructure and tools,
• Preparing technical feasibility reports in collaboration with cross-functional teams for new projects.
