Product Development Engineer/Specialist

For our growing organisation we are looking for a Product Development Engineer/Specialist to join our Innovation Team.

Responsibilities and qualifications are mentioned below;

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in engineering or sciences,
• 2-5 years of experience,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Preferably have expertise for customer conversion machinery and customer end-use requirements,
• Effective end to end project management capability,
• Good personal and communication skills, a good team player,
• Able to use MS Office programs well, preferably with SAP experience,
• Flexibility to travel abroad and domestic customers and suppliers,
• Residing / able to reside in the European Side of Istanbul.

In this role you will be;

• Managing end-to-end product development projects,
• First point of contact for technical enquiries from Customers during project work,
• Working according to the Product Development Process and ensuring project information is always up to date,
• Working with suppliers for technical innovation in typical conversion materials (films, adhesives, inks, etc) and techniques (printing, lamination, pouch-making, etc),
• Consolidating conversion knowledge in field of expertise,
• Responsible for other key activities of the Innovation Team where necessary.
