Credit Risk & Collection Specialist

 We are looking for a Credit Risk & Collection Specialist,

 QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields,
• 3-4years experience in a similar position,
• Team player with strong communication skills, highly motivated,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.,
• SAP experience is a plus,
• Analytical skills.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• To interact with all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner, sending dunning letters for overdue receivables and reminding upcoming payments,
• Manage daily credit limit control and approval operation of clients,
• Periodic overdue and risk reviews to detect high risk clients,
• Support improving order-to-cash process to ensure all invoices are accurately and submitted to customers in a timely manner,
• To contact with insurance company for customer limit requests/cancels,
• Follow up the return invoices and price difference invoices coming from customers, share them with sales departments and make sure that all invoices will be booked till month end.
