YOUR PROFILE

• University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background
• Excellent level of written and spoken English
• Excellent at Excel
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production environment
• Having a good command of Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma Project Management requirements and able to perform all applications in this direction.
• Self-motivated, Improvement-oriented, with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, effective in planning, organization, problem solving and eager to learn
• Enthusiastic to work with multiple departments (e.g. production, logistics, planning, finance, quality, HSE, maintenance, IT, CS, R&D)
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, with strong cross-team coordination skills
