QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

D&K OIL TRADING GmbH is an Austrian based company working in whole Europe, mostly in Turkey to be selling & marketing European big petrol, oil and toll cards to logistic companies..

We are looking for new collagues for our sales & marketing team in our İstanbul
( Üsküdar ) Office.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree 

Minimum 3 years experiences 

Good command of both written and spoken English, it s a must.

German speaking / writting ability is a big plus and those candidates will also be preferable in our europe offices.)

Advanced Excel knowledge

Strong commercial skills

Approaches challenges with confidence and optimism

Problem solving and understanding of  key business issues of field sales

Must maintain a professional, positive attitude and demeanor, and have the ability to accurately execute multiple tasks.

Must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent problem-solving skills, and be detail-oriented.

Must possess excellent time management and organization skills.

Experience working in a deadline-driven environment preferred.

Very good analytical skills.

Knowledge of international trade lanes is preferred.

Free to have business trips inside and outside of Turkey.

Driving Licence and active driver.

Male candidates must have completed military service.



JOB DESCRIPTION

- Planning and executing regular customer visits to Turkish Logistic Companies travelling through Europe.

-  Ensure improved sales force effectiveness and efficiency in all sales channels.

-  Achieve sales targets annually/monthly.

-   Identify the present and future needs of the department and customers to achieve the budget.

-  Consolidate and further develop the sales channels, by implementing the appropriate channel mix through a balance of customer needs and cost of sales. 

-  Determine and prioritize which tactics detailed in the regional business are to be deployed within the country for regular segment customers.

-   With the Sales Executives determine local sales tactics, and their priority, for adoption for the regular segment.

-   Analyze, identify and deploy the most appropriate offer to the customers, through utilizing internal or external expertise to meet their needs.
