HISTORY

Founded in Milano, the capital of the fashion industry, Flormar was acquired by the Şenbay Family in the year 1970 and began production in Turkey. Flormar became an indispensable brand for women with its yearly production of 120 million units, as well as its wide range of products consisting of blushes, foundations, eyeshadows, mascaras, lipsticks, nail polishes, accessories and skin care products.

Flormar, as one of the world’s leading make-up companies, also has a 21% share in the color cosmetics market of Turkey. Focusing on foreign operations since the year 2008, Flormar has covered a long distance in order to become a global brand with its 650 shops located in 250 cities in 93 countries.

As Flormar, we are looking for a "CRM Specialist" for our growing and highly dynamic team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional background in CRM especially in Retail or E-Commerce
• Experience in Segmentation and Campaign Management
• Knowledge about customer experience methodology, applications and loyalty program
• Analytical minded and result-oriented, strong project management skills
• Proactive and customer focused
• Positive and effective team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

• Contributing the implementation of the CRM strategy
• Managing campaign creation, reporting and evaluation process
• Planning costumer segmentation and data analysis according to segmentation
• Developing customer loyalty programme and increasing effectiveness
• Creating customer journey maps, defining customer experience KPI’s and taking necessary actions to improve customer experience at all touch points
• Analyzing customer complaints and increasing the efficiency of customer complaints management infrastructure
• Developing CRM system and taking actions for system improvements
• Showing customer-oriented approach at all areas of responsibilities
