Production Planning Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS 

• University degree from faculty of engineering prefably  industrial or mechanical engineering,
• Minimum 2 year experience of production planning,
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication for teamwork & presentation skills,
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills & Self-motivated, energetic and hardworking within tight schedules,
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs with experienced on ERP & MRP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus),
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Male candidates should have completed their military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing production plan on daily, weekly and monthly period for related production areas according to sales forecast & minimum stock level targets from top to bottom including all semi -finished goods production plan,
• Planning of production in accordance with customer priorities, productivity levels, stoc kout and capacity requirements,
• Preparing & submitting stock in dates for related finish good to ensure shipments on time,
• Carry out planning tasks for new product developments, including switch over timings, write-off calculations, capacity allocations, launch time plan & detailed production plan,
• Running MRP based on short & long term plan, checking the material stock level and open purchase requisitions for needed materials based on MRP,
• Preparing monthly & yearly forecast for raw materials and checking the availability of materials to the production with working purchasing department collaboration,
• Preparing KPI reports with analyzing them to achieve on success,
• Responsible from stock planning and optimization activities with reporting daily, weekly and monthly level.
