U Smile Turkey is growing company in Antalya, Turkey that arranges dental treatment plans for its patients from Europe, and United States of America. For our operations, we need new team members for;

Job Description

•           Interact with patients through social media, phone calls and emails. 

•           Answering patient questions about the treatments and services.

•           Management of booking for transfers and accommodation of patient.

•           To accompany patients during the treatments.

•           Guiding patients throughout their stay in Antalya, including from the hotel to the clinic.

•           Assisting patients and translating the necessary information to both the patients and doctors.

•           Keeping in touch with the patients upon their return home.

•           Getting reviews from the patients about their experience for the digital sources.

•           Other tasks given by management.

Qualifications

•           University graduate is a must.

•           Proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication, second language is a plus.

•           Willing to work 6 days in a week. Adaptation to flexible working hours and schedule.

•           No domestic or international travel barriers. 

•           Strong presentation, representation, communication and persuasion skills.
