- High level of written English
- Good knowledge of MS Office Programs
- Both customer oriented and a team player
- Self-motivated, energetic and highly communicative.
- Experience with Zendesk - advantage
- Develop solutions for customers problems
- Forward customers requests, opinions and complaints to relevant departments
- Provide accurate information to meet customer needs
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies to resolve customer complaints
- Assist customers to improve their shopping experience
- Provide feedback to improve the quality of service
- Provide reports
- Take part in various projects as assigned
