IT Business Analyst

• Min. 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar position,
• University degree preferably in MIS, Industrial Engineering or other related Engineering fields,
• Good knowledge of query languages like SQL,
• Knowledge in the areas of application programming, database management and system design,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Strong analytical thinking abilities and interpersonal skills,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to plan, prioritize requests and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy, demonstrated project management skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Communicate and present technical solutions for business problems to business stakeholders and business owners,
• Facilitate discussions with technology team and business users to define user stories, help to remove roadblocks through project lifecycle,
• Support business units while using ERP programs for daily operations, identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems,
• Document and explain complex business operations to software developers, test and deliver new business requirements,
• Work continuously on Business Process optimization.
