• Law (LL.B) Degree is a must, additional Master’s (LL.M) degree is preferrable,
• Excellent command on English (writing and speaking),
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the field,
• Experience in domestic and international commercial lease agreements, franchise agreements or international incorporation proceedings is a plus,
• Experience and advanced knowledge of Intellectual Property Law is a plus,
• No limitation of travel,
• Team-members and must have advanced skills in communication, meticulous approach, high sense of responsibility and follow-up,
• Mandatory military service must be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

We seek candidates for the position of “Legal (In-House) Counsel” in Koton Headquarters / Legal Department located in İstanbul/European side:

*  Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing domestic and international commercial lease agreements, franchise agreements, license agreements and other types of agreements with various departments
* Co-ordination and follow-up of international incorporation proceedings,
* Co-ordination and follow-up of domestic and international Intellectual Property matters,
* Domestic and international corporate governance,
* Close communication with global subsidiaries,
* Will report to Legal Director in Koton Headquarters.
