General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Preferably 1-3 years’ experience in logistics planning and Warehouse Logistics operations
• Customer-oriented team player with strong communication skills
• Interest for Fashion and Retail Operations
• Strong planning and organization abilities
• Willing to seek ways to improve processes within teams and organization
• Result-oriented analytical thinking with emphasis on problem solving
• Experience in using, analyzing and improving WMS systems
• Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Pivot and Power BI
• Good command of English
• Military service should be completed for male candidates
• Preferred residency on the Anatolian side of Istanbul and around Gebze/Kocaeli

Job Description

For our Distribution Center in Gebze/Kocaeli we are looking for a candidate for the following role:

• Working closely with operations and building bridge between HQ and logistics teams
• Value creation through customer-oriented order management, prioritization and pro-active communication
• Planning of resources, stock, equipment, materials, area, and material flow according to changing sales demands
• Guiding and instructing operations, plan follow-up and reporting for all related retail logistics operations
• Definition of operational targets and performance measurements, continuous improvement of operations
• Generating and establishing standard reports to operations stakeholders and senior management
• WMS and process development with Operation, IT department and third party WMS teams
• Performance monitoring of WMS system and problem solving, monitoring and testing of system developments with Key Users
