• A university graduate from Agricultural Engineering with a Bachelors Degree. Masters Degree is an asset
• Have an in-depth knowledge of general agricultural procedures, Especially Sunflower / Corn Seed Production, Field/R&D/Marketing
• Have at least 2 years or more experience on seed production
• Must Have a Good Knowledge of English (Verbally and Academically)
• Computer Literacy to Utilize Agricultural Data Management Systems and good understanding of MS Office Products.
• Interested in Smart Farming, Prior Experience is an asset
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to Perform Data Analysis with Accuracy and Attention to Detail
• Must be able to work as part of a team or to lead when needed.
• For Male applicants –Military Service will have to be completed.
• To be an active vehicle user.
• Paying keen attention to details at all times.

İŞ TANIMI

• Working together as a team within our Noxcorp and Agriss companies using Digital Smart Farming Products.
• Supporting assembly process and operation management for Electronic Equipment
• Effective site management concurrently with Academic Advisory Board
• Analyzing Weather and GPS data, then use computer modelling to advise farmers and businesses in how to improve their land use.
• Supporting customers with solutions in a timely and effective manner.
• Visiting sites to observe environmental problems, to consult with contractors, or to monitor construction activities.
• Analyzing customer needs, collaborate with RD Engineers to state creative solutions
• Estimate cost, reliability and safety.
