Regulatory Affairs Specialist for our Import Department

As Koza Gida, We are working non-stop since 1994 to give our Turkish consumer guests and their customers the highest quality service to deliver the world's most popular tastes of Turkey. We distribute 900 products in food category of nearly 100 brands from 16 different countries.

We are looking for a “Regulatory Affairs Specialist” for our dynamic import department:

Qualifications:

·         Having bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering from a reputable university,

·         Fluent English both written and spoken,

·         Knowing basics of Turkish Food Legislation, preferably have experience on the subject,

·         Enthusiastic fresh graduates also welcomed,

·         Good at analytical thinking & effective communication,

·         Being teamwork oriented,

·         HACCP knowledge is a plus.

Job Description:

·         Ensuring the product conformity to Turkish Food Codex by contacting with the suppliers, making necessary agreements & contracts for the subject,

·         Studying on product labels,

·         Having product approvals from Ministry of Agriculture for both vegetable and animal products,

·         Following the product, label, certification compliance on time in each purchasing order,

·         Following the procedures of Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Trade operations during import procedures and a cohesive role between them,

·         Follow-up of developments and changes in the local & international regulatory rules and reporting to the related departments on time,

·         Assisting to the quality procedures.
