QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Engineer for one of the world’s leaders in Industrial Power Metering, Power quality products and Substation Automation products.

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated sales professional to join our team in a key role of Business Development & Technical Sales Engineer to help us expand the business in Turkey.

Role overview:

  • Taking responsibility for both existing and new sales of products – power meters, power quality analyzers, fault recorders, etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective contacts with customers, consultants, and key decision makers to ensure continued business growth.
  • Identifying best solutions and strategies for varying customer needs.
  • Account management at multiple levels especially with decision makers both remotely and in-person on site visits.
  • Research and identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth arears, customers, products, and services.
  • Preparing presentations to address particular customers/projects.
  • Generating quotations and technical specifications for customer’s requirements.
  • Maintaining expert level of product and applications knowledge.

General Qualifications:

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
  • Advanced knowledge of English, ability to speak and write fluently in English,
  • Eagerness for research and self-development of own professional skills, for collaboration, and for sharing, works in a team as well as work individually,
  • Highly concerned and interested with power metering and power quality systems
  • Minimum 2 years experienced and skilled in the field of sales activities (design/consulate/sales/protection relay/metering equipment/PQ)
  • Ability to work under time constraints,
  • Open mind and ability to learn new technologies
  • Have no restriction to travel Domestic and Overseas,
  • Having a valid Class B driving license (active driver),
  • Male candidates should have no military obligations,
  • Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of İstanbul
  • Good communication skills
