  - Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
 
 - 2 + years total experience
 
 - Excellent command of English
 
 - Very strong written and verbal communication skills
 
- Strong team working skills

- Experience in Statistics, Data Mining and Data Analysis

- Working knowledge of SAS, R programme

- Demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement in the delivery of quality services to clients, providing value add solutions to client’s problems

- Identifies and appropriately documents engagement issuesand their conclusionsand  consults with appropriate firm members asnecessary
 
- Prioritises multiple tasks appropriately by using effective time management skills

- Is given accountability for specific definedwork assignments/engagements, completing  all tasksthat meetthe team’sand client’sexpectations

- Understands the KPMG engagement methodology and is able to contribute to the  engagement project management with the completion of working papers and other  such engagement management functions

- Keeps senior management informed of significant developments and progress on the  engagement
 
- Demonstrates commitment to obtaining technical capabilities relevant to the service  line
