QUALIFICATIONS 

Bachelor’s degree in law

3-5 years of similar experience in a reputable law firm

Excellent command of legal written and spoken English

Has knowledge and experience in the fields of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Ability to work with strict deadlines

Ability to work in a dynamic office environment and within flexible working hours

Military service completed for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

To assist in M&A and re-structuring process

To assist in preparation of legal due diligence report

To assist in share purchase agreement, shareholders agreement, asset sale agreements

Conducting researches and drafting of legal opinions
