WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the Finance & Operations Manager you will ensure smooth daily operational activities and processes across the company with a strong focus on finance, warehousing & logistics while continuously liaising with other departments in the company such as sales, procurement and management. You will be responsible for managing Krannich’s resources, developing and implementing an operational plan and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly. Additionally, you will regularly evaluate  organizational efficiency and make necessary changes to maximize staff productivity. Furthermore, you will assess the needs of the company and find ways to contribute to the big picture by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible.

Your Tasks
Responsible for managing the day to day financial reporting and accounting processes
Ensure our logistics operations are providing reliable, high-quality and cost-effective solutions
Contribute to and support the ERP process in the company
Review and approve all operational invoices in your purview and ensure they are submitted to finance for payment
Monitoring stock levels and perform inventory
Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
What we are looking for
Graduate from Finance/Economy/Business Management
Min 4-5 years work experience
Flexible mindset and hands-on approach
Can-do attitude and great team player
Excellent organizational skills
Solutions driven- Where there’s a will, there’s a way
A Self-Starter that works well in a dynamic & fast-paced setting
