QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Financial Affairs Manager" for our client.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA or Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields
  • At least 7 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Management in manufacturing sector or Big4 companies.
  • Competent in Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Reporting (both TFRS & IFRS), Financial Analysis and Financial KPIs.
  • Good knowledge of all legislation and processes such as financial reporting standards, accounting standards, tax law, business law etc.
  • Effectively using MS Office programs.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills and human relations.
  • Strong team management skills.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company.
  • Reviewing accounting transactions (both legal and IFRS) and ensuring the integrity, accuracy and compliance of reports and accounting records with accepted accounting policies & principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Establishing financial reports in an accurate and timely manner for corporate/local regulations and supporting the audit process of financial statements.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly management reporting.
  • Performing ad-hoc reports, supporting ad-hoc requests.
  • Leading the finance function in a manufacturing environment.
  • Preparing operational cash flow facts and forecasts, producing daily forecasts for the cash balance and managing daily operations.
  • Communicating with banks.
  • Communicating with government / tax authorities (including preparation of written official responses) in case of receiving requests, tax audit etc.
  • Supporting and coaching the team for their development requirements.
  • Carrying out automation and productivity-enhancing activities on ERP

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
