KT&G is currently seeking "Accounting Specialist" for supporting functions of Accounting Department in our İzmir Branch Office.

Qualifications

• Graduated from related majors of universities
• Min. 1-2 years experiences or new graduated
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects/priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Good interpersonal skills and desire to be a team player
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations
• ERP knowledge and experience is preferred
  
• No military obligations for male candidates

Job Description

• To follow up and process the current status of accounts receivable and accounts payable closely
• Maintain accounting records in line with regulations and company accounting policies
• Implementation of ERP processes
• Performing general controls of the accounts, preparing, examining, and analyzing accounting records
• Provide and support regularity of financial and accounting-related operations of the business
• Checking the accounts with the relevant departments and providing the necessary updates and follow-up
• Monthly control and follow-up of deposit and collateral accounts
• Process of company payments, ensure on time payments, preparation of weekly payment schedule
• To prepare periodic reports for Top Management
