KT&G is currently seeking "Logistics Assistant Manager" for supporting functions of Logistics Department in Tire Production Plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related majors (preferable in Industrial Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics field, experience in Factory environment is a plus
• Advanced level of both written and spoken English
• Strong communication, dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic engineering concepts
• Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, analyzing and time management
• Law and regulation knowledge in the field of import & export
• Experience in procurement and warehouse management processes
• Very good command of ERP and MS Office applications
• No military obligations for male candidates

Job Description

• Organizing and following import & export operations by being in communication with stakeholders (Customs broker, suppliers,  forwarder and customers)
• Organizing material planning and procurement process by controlling material stock levels, working closely with manufacturing team and contacting local and overseas suppliers
• Following material and finished good stock levels
• Organizing and recording all procurement, finish good sales and material consumption processes by using ERP programe on daily basis
• Organizing IPPC (DIR) process by controlling opening, revising and closing the certificates on time
• Organizing environmental issues and following waste material disposal and selling processes
• Organizing domestic sales and loading processes including before and after sales
