KT&G Turkey has started operations in both Domestics and Foreign Markets by increasing volume as of 2008 in Tire Factory and its Branch Office in İzmir Konak. It is currently seeking "Marketing Specialist" for supporting functions of Marketing Department in İzmir Branch Office.

Qualifications 

• Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG Industry
• Bachelor’s degree (Related majors of Universities)
• Experienced in branding
• Developed projects in FMCG Industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects/priorities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong team work and communication skills, analytic mindset with good problem solving skill
• Dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• No military obligations for male candidates

Job Description

• Taking active role in Trade Marketing and Consumer
• Designing new activities and promotions
• Collecting the data, analyzing and reporting
• Managing POSM installations and tracking the stocks
• Supporting new launch products process
• Making field visits and audit implementations; improve the activities
• Managing 3rd parties; finding new suppliers and improve the actuals
