Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as OHS specialist at the Factories.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering faculties.
• C Class OHS Expert License and preferably Environmental Officer certificate.
• To have ability on multitask working, Open mind, Excellent time management and stress management.
• Must possess skills of planning,  strong communicator. Business understanding based on manufacturing.
• Ability to assess legal issues taking into consideration business needs and priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.
• Completed military service (for male candidates).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of ensuring the company's compliance with all Turkish Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law and Protection of Personal Data Regulation and other related regulations effectively with all levels of management.

• Coordinate and maintain relationship and cooperation to control process, regulation, application, follow up all routine issues for KT&G goals.

• Under the general direction of the Business Management Manager, OHS Expert is responsible to lead OHS activities, develop implementations, encourage employees to follow OHS regulations to create safety and lawfulness work environment and follow and do training to employees.

• Responsible to conduct ISO Management, Protection of Personal Data Regulation and support for contractor management, social activities in line with company strategies.

• Effective management and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety.

•  Responsible for OHS legal issues in relation to KT&G Turkey within the scope of "Occupational Health and Safety Law".

• Conduct and manage own facilities which is determined at "OHS" management program, keep it updated and contribute it to be improve.

• Coordinating all trainings of KT&G Turkey.
