KT&G is currently seeking "Sales Assistant" for supporting functions of Sales Department in Gaziemir Branch Office.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects/priorities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong team work and communication skills, analytic mindset with good problem solving skill
• Dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• No military obligations for male candidates

Job Description

• Assisting and supporting Sales Team
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly Sales reports
• Providing required essential reports 
• Following up Stock Counted Outlets
• Interpreting Sales Field Data
• Collecting and reporting of actual sales of Retailers and Key Accounts
• Tracking Retailer actual sales
• Managing sales field motivation program in terms of targeting, explanation and evaluation
