KT&G is currently seeking "Sales Assistant" for supporting functions of Sales Department in izmir Branch Office.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects/priorities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong team work and communication skills, analytic mindset with good problem solving skill
• Dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• No military obligations for male candidates

Job Description

• Assisting and supporting Sales Team
• Order Management of Customers
• Receivable tracking and report
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly and required essential Sales reports
• Reporting of sales and marketing field expenses to management and submitting to accounting department after management’s approval
• Procurement management of administrative affairs for branch office
