QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree on Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques. Especially Tobacco Sector
• Good level of computer skills, MS Office,Solidworks, AutoCad and similiar drawing softwares
•  Preferable SAP knowledge
• Analytical thinking ability and problem solving skills
• Good at time and stress management
• Being able to communicate effectively
• Ability of Persuasion
• Team work compatibility
• Good English Level
• Knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) or ERP/SAP and related software
• Knowledge of MS Office, Solidworks, AutoCad and similiar drawing softwares
• Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
• Knowledge about manufacturing methods
• Knowledge of machines and technical tools

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute Production and Maintenance process according to plan
• Take an action according to manpower plan
• Spare part stock management, make planning for short-mid-long term periods.
• Macinery  maintenance planning and managing maintenance activities and reporting to management in a timely manner.
• Production plan following
• Monitoring inventory levels, regularly providing produciton status updates to management
• Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production
• Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability
• Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules
• Offering solutions as preventive actions or improvement points after analysis machine reject & stop reasons and frequency, analysis yield and efficiency trends.
• Measuring historical data and analysing previous performance, compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner
• Production capacity evaluation in line with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual production targets
• Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production
