QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
KTM Chemicals trades and distributes oil, oil products, petrochemicals, polymers and industrial chemicals.
KTM was founded in 1999 with the aim of trading petrochemicals in Turkey. After a short period of time, the company started to operate in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Asian markets as well, while expanding its range of products.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable Universities in Chemical Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical or Management Engineering,
- Min. 5 years sector experience in sales and account management ( Experience in Coatings, Ink, Polyester, Resins, Adhesives, Polymer Emulsions, Plasticizers, Packaging raw materials industries is an advantage)
- Fluent in spoken and written English,
- Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications,
- Strong communication and teamwork skills,
- Success-oriented, ability to work under pressure,
- Analytic thinking, advanced organizational skills, result and quality-oriented,
- For male candidates military service must be completed,
- Residence in Asian Side is preferred,
- Flexibility for frequent traveling and having valid driving license.
İŞ TANIMI
- Responsible for the development and performance of sales activities,
- Focus on sales of Coatings, Ink, Polyester, Resins, Adhesives, Polymer Emulsions, Plasticizers, Packaging raw materials,
- Managing relations with existing customers and to develop new business opportunities,
- Achieve set volume/margin targets with deadlines,
- Effectively negotiation of price, quantities, payment terms as to achieve the business plans,
- Be knowledgeable on market trends and develop sales plans for assigned territory,
- Provide timely reports as necessary,
- Customer visits.
