To support the growth of our footprint in Turkey, we are looking for a qualified After Sales Service Engineer for our team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related engineering departments in a reputable university, (Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Agricultural Engineering etc.)
• Experienced in tractor industry at least 3 years, 
• Experienced in maintenance & service issues,
• Have technical knowledge in the farm machinery, 
• Have flexibility to travel abroad or domestic frequent basis, 
• Have good level of SAP knowledge and Ms Office Programmes, 
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and able to drive actively, 
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, 
• Excellent communication ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organization and clients,
• Reside in Anatolian side of İstanbul or Gebze, 
• Military service must be completed for male candidates. 
  

• Receiving customer complaints and tracking the results, 
• Being part of preparing technical documents such as user manual, repair & maintenance manuel, 
• Analyse the failures which collected from field and reporting them, 
• Give support to the technical trainings organised by after sales service department,
• Monitore service bulletins and circulate them to the services, 
• Work for improvement and institutionalization of service network, 
• Train and provide onsite support to dealer personnel on specifically assigned KUBOTA product and to intervene when needed by being in the field, 
• Perform all other duties/projects as assigned.
