QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from related departments of universities,
• Experienced in export applications such as international contracts, payment and delivery methods in international trade, banking operations,

·         Fluent Spanish and English, 

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Having a customer-oriented perspective,
• Cares about teamwork and team success,
• Capable of analysis, result-oriented and proactive,
• Capable of effective time management, planning and organization,
•  Able to drive an active vehicle,
• Willing to live in Kayseri,
• Suitable for flexible working hours.
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
• Will be able to manage the sales and after-sales service process of the customer,
• Improved sales-marketing skills,
•  Able to find new potential customers and new resources
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execution of export sales and marketing processes,
• Ensuring coordination and information exchange between the customer and the manufacturer
• Continuation of the service provided to existing customers
• Finding new customers in the target market
• Management and follow-up of order and delivery and collection processes
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality service,Carrying out the necessary procedures for obtaining the service and following after-sales customer satisfaction.
