Project Responsible

We are looking for a Project Responsible to be employed in the Sakarya / Hendek location of Akpres, a company operating in the Automotive Sector.
 

• B.Sc. in Engineering (prefarably Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical)
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Min. 2 years experience in automotive sector position
• Preferably experienced in sheet metal working technologies (stamping/welding)
• Have coordination and communication skills with a leadership approach
• Good problem solving skills with a proactive approach
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
• Preferably experienced in CAD programs
• Completed the military service for male candidates
• Willing to reside in Sakarya or İzmit
• B class driving license is required
• No obstacle for travelling

İŞ TANIMI

• Lead project team composed of design, quality, tooling, production, logistics, and purchasing members
• Regular reporting of project status to management and customer
• Organize and lead project meetings and trial activities (internal, with supplier and with customer)
• Ensure relevant divisions are well prepared for meetings and trial activities so that they are effective
• Evaluate toolmaker capability and capacity to ensure timely completion of tools with desired quality
• Follow-up tool and equipment manufacturing activities till hand-over to mass production
• Follow-up quality, tooling and process related problems and ensure action is taken by relevant members on time
• Define main project risks and develop risk management plans
• Lead co-design activity with customer
• Manage project schedule to avoid delays, escalate any issues on time
• Manage project budget, ensure project cost targets are achieved
• If required, provide technical assistance to sales team during quotation process
