Who you are

As a Funding Specialist, you will be responsible for getting in contact with the prospects, facilitating the application of small business loans for a variety of financing and small business solutions products, including merchant cash advances, term loans, and SBA loans.

You'll facilitate the sales process by supporting the sales team, communicating with funding partners, sales reps, and clients. Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of finance and customer service

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects throughout assigned geography, set up meetings with decision makers to discuss products/services and move the sales process forward.

Ability to make a great first impression and maintain active engagement with new and existing leads; innate ability to build relationships by interacting with prospective clients.

Calling leads that are actively looking and interested in financing.

Generate, send, receive and review MCA contracts and other documents

Analyzing credit reports, bank statements, and various business documentation

Work with the operations team to improve the processes

Following ups with your leads/prospects

What we're looking for in you

Fluent/Proficient in English,

Strong technical, written and verbal communication skills

Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as team player

Undergraduate degree

1-2 years of related experience (Finance, Trading, Sales and Marketing)
