General Information about the Team and Position
The Architecture Team develops software infrastructures, determines application development quality standards, conducts application modernization studies and carries out processes.
As a System Analyst, you will be part of a fast-paced team focused on delivering critical system analysis for base products and infrastructures. This is an opportunity to exploit your passion for information and business intelligence to have considerable business/technical impact through the delivery of critical solutions.
You will work with various stakeholders across Business SMEs, Operations and Engineering teams. This requires the ability to work well in a team environment and build strong partnerships across different organizations. You must be self-motivated, proactive, and possess the ability to maintain a depth of expertise in technical approaches to complex problems, business processes and technical variety of domains. This position requires a combination of strong organization, prioritization, interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to drill deep into an issue.
- 2+ years of experience in analysis and application design on a banking or enterprise system
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Good command of data analysis using Excel and SQL query
- Having high responsibility along with excellent coordination and teamwork skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience in presenting complex data and solutions
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Competence in understanding the code is a plus
- Military service must be completed (for male candidates)
- Perform data profiling and business/technical analysis to determine requirements and implementation
- Think thoroughly about “the big picture” to find out the key trends and levers that drive the business
- Translate business requirements to system/functional requirements and work with developers on implementation
- Identify define, technical concepts well and elaborate those to come up with an excelled system that implements those
- Perform cost-benefit and impact analyses with the help of detailed database queries and document tangible findings in order to evaluate the proposed designs and solutions
- Orchestrate multiple projects and priorities and reprioritize as necessary to align with current business objectives
- Provide recommendations on technical designs to improve development processes
- Gain end to end understanding of operational processes and data flow of business processes
- Troubleshoot and make recommendations to resolve root causes of issues reported by stakeholders
- Develop expertise on understanding concepts varying from global business requirements to global technical solutions to meet those requirements.
