Job Description

As a Senior Creative Designer  , you’ll help businesses realise the value they can gain from their investments — supporting strategy and being a key growth driver. The opportunity

EY is looking for Senior Creative Designer to join our Digital team in the execution of clients’ assignments in the areas of:

• User Experience Design
• User Interface Design
• Digital Product Design
• Digital Experience Strategy

Your key responsibilities:

• Create world-class user experience and translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, make strategic suggestions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Effectively contribute in performance improvement projects, develop analysis, engage client teams and stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work products
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge. Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities
• Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs

Qualifications

• To qualify for the role, you must have
• A bachelor’s degree in interactive media, multimedia, human-computer interaction, graphic design, computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of recent relevant work experience in digital or technology initiatives management or implementation, preferably in a business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Have designed digital products (websites, mobile app and systems) for enterprise, preferably in FMCG/ Telco/ Online Marketplace industry for small to large clients
• Familiar with various Digital tools, ranging from Adobe Suite to enterprise to open source solutions
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders and clients
• Have basic knowledge in digital marketing and digital analytics and applying them your design
• Have basic understanding in Design Thinking and Agile/Scrum methodology
