Product and Agroservice Manager

KWS Türk is looking for a Product and Agroservice Manager to join their Sugar Beet Seed Business Unit. The position is based in Eskişehir, Türkiye, and full-time and unlimited.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the portfolio management.
• Generate information of the products and technologies by conducting and monitoring trials.
• Define the commercial strip trials strategy.
• Develop product positioning for each region and environment.
• Create content and sales argumentation.
• Lead the technical trainings of the sales team and technicians of sugar industry and dealers, support the sales and marketing team.
• Execute actions with opinion-leader farmers, sugar industry managers/technician and farmers’ level, create content and sales argumentation.
• Conduct demo fields with technical and commercial purposes (field days, training, etc).
• Manage technical complaints. 
• Prepare technical information, annual Agroservice Newsletter, etc. 
• Interact with KWS International Agroservice and the local KWS Turk team (cross-crop).

Key qualifications and competencies required:

• Residing in Eskişehir or willing to relocate
• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering departments of universities, preferably master’s degree on sugar beet
• Min 5 years of experience in agricultural sector
• Experience and knowledge of Turkish farming conditions, agricultural market and the seed business
• Fluent Turkish ad English Language; advanced level spoken and written
• Tech savvy, advanced user of IT tools, Microsoft Office and internet
• No restrictions for travelling abroad
• No restrictions for frequently travelling in Türkiye (at least 50% of time)
• Valid driver´s license and no restrictions for driving frequently
• No military service obligation (for male applicants)
