KZ POWER, one of the biggest and fast-growing diesel generator company of Turkey, is looking for an Export Sales Specialist who will directly report to the Export Director of KZ POWER dealing in diesel generator and energy business. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / International Relations / Economics or another related field,

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Diesel Generator, Compressor or Uninterruptible Power Supply Units,

• Strong communication and negotiation skills,

• Analytical minded, result oriented, self-drive, stress-resistant and good at teamwork,

• No obstacles for travelling and ability to organize multi trips at long distances with excellent time, management and organization skills,

• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Arabic, Russian, French or another second language is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing new markets searching for new customers in energy sector

• Create and enhance customer portfolio in export market 

• Follow the dynamics of the industry and do market research,

• Sharing action plans for growing the impact on sales activities,

• Forecast all sales volume for related market and maintain knowledge on all product range,

• Analyze all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio,

• Recognise the customer needs and requirements and respond to them with appropriate solutions,

• Monitor weekly/monthly sales data and report to the management.
