Plant Process Expert

We are looking for a Process Expert responsible for driving standardization of manufacturing and supporting processes/practices in manufacturing area in order to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement while continuing to assure adherence to quality management system requirements considering hygiene in the center of everything.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Different responsibilities based on the project scales can be expected. This position also offers the possibility to grow with the team and company alike.

Act as single point of contact in processing for any kind of deviation in the semi-finished good, for the launches of new formulas, for industrial hygienic design

Ensure the organization and delivery of required technical support for global projects led by different stakeholders

Coordinate excellent change management for all projects in scope

Participate in pain point resolution with increased efficiency, speed and agility in improvements

Coordinate reapplication of the best practices in a standard way to enhance Quality performance

Take an active role in the processes of customer and authority audits

Organize and conduct validation studies following an annual validation master plan and in collaboration with related departments in timely manner

Working with colleagues to implement the company’s policies and goals

 Location: Istanbul/Esenyurt

 DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

Graduated from Engineering Faculties (Chemical, Food, Mechanical), Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology

2-3 years of manufacturing experience in a chemical production plant (Cosmetics, detergent, pharmaceutical, food or related manufacturing environmet)

Technical experience in liquids Mixing Technologies

Execution of long-term and comprehensive projects,

Desired experience in process designs and industrialization procedures, batch processing, quality and safety

Analytical thinking, result oriented and fast in action but with detailed planning,

Customer oriented problem solver who can identify to root causes and recommend corrective actions,

Great aptitude for continues learning and self-development,

Familiar with process assessments, Design of Experiment, project and time management,

Good communication skills in English and Turkish,

Ability to work as a self-motivated team member
