WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Managing customer complaints
• Manage supplier management processes
• Coordination of Risk & Opportunity Management
• Manage and prepare the internal system and process audit plan
• To monitor and report all KPIs in the system,
• Carrying out the necessary studies to ensure the sustainability of the relevant management systems (ISO14001, ISO50001).
• Execution of planning, auditing, reporting activities

Location: Istanbul/Esenyurt

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• 4 years’ university degree
• Min 2 years of quality assurance experience
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Be able to use MS Office programs effectively
• Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good communication and presentation ability
• Innovative, ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
