We are looking for a Plant Quality Process Specialist responsible for driving standardization of manufacturing and supporting processes/practices in the manufacturing area to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement while continuing to assure adherence to quality management system requirements considering hygiene in the center of everything.

 DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

· 2-3 years of manufacturing experience in a chemical production plant (Cosmetics, detergent or pharmaceutical experience is an asset) 

· Technical experience in liquids Mixing Technologies 

· Systematic use of versatile engineering tools, problem-solving or material/production process development,

· Execution of long-term and comprehensive projects,

· Triggering and executing national/international comprehensive and large-scale projects in which customer's technical units will also be involved

· Analytical thinking, result-oriented and fast in action but with detailed planning,

· Customer oriented problem solver who can identify root causes and recommend corrective actions,

· Great aptitude for continued learning and self-development,

· Experienced with SAP production and planning modules

· Ability to work as a self-motivated team member

· Strong problem solving and result in orientation skills

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·        Act as a single point of contact in processing for any kind of deviation in the semi-finished good, for the launches of new formulas, for industrial hygienic design

·        Ensure the organization and delivery of required technical support for global projects led by different stakeholders

·        Coordinate excellent change management for all projects in scope

·        Participate in pain point resolution with increased efficiency, speed, and agility in improvements

·        Coordinate reapplication of the best practices in a standard way to enhance Quality performance

·        Introducing product and/or process development projects

·        Identifying training needs

·        Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs

·        Co-operation among other departments

·        Working with colleagues to implement the company’s policies and goals
